1. Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing it for dispatch promptly. The estimated delivery times below begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.

3. Our Delivery Reliability
We take delivery timelines seriously. To date, 99.98% of our shipments have been delivered within the estimated timeframe shown above. On rare occasions, deliveries to certain countries may be delayed due to political situations, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases and will keep you informed if a delay occurs.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will share your tracking details with you via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges levied by your country's customs authority. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost.
6. Damage During Transit
While we package every piece with great care, we understand that damage can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged:
- Please send us clear photos and/or a video of the damaged item and its packaging
- This must be sent to us within 24 hours of the delivery being received
- Once we receive and verify this proof, we take full responsibility and will make it right for you
