1. 100% Refund — No Questions Asked

We stand firmly behind the quality of our jewelry and the accuracy of our orders. If either of the following happens, we will issue a 100% refund immediately, with no questions asked:

  1. Your jewelry arrives damaged.
  2. You receive the wrong product due to a shipping or fulfillment mistake on our part.

How to Claim

To qualify for this immediate, no-questions-asked refund, please send us a clear photo or an unboxing video of the item within 2–3 hours of delivery. This short window helps us verify the issue quickly and process your refund without delay. Once we receive your proof, your 100% refund will be issued right away.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed on our end.

4. Situations Not Covered

Please note that the following are generally not eligible for a refund, unless they fall under the two cases listed in Section 1:

  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Damage caused after the jewelry has been delivered to you
  • A change of mind after a custom or personalized piece has already been made
